Return Policy 

Please contact us if you ever encounter a problem with Rolco game products and we will do our best to resolve whatever issue you may have. To return defective merchandise, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure an accurate and timely transaction.

  1. Contact Rolco Games at 507-931-4525 or rolco@rolcoinc.com within 30 days of your purchase with the following information:

    Rolco sales order number

    Date of shipment

    Reason for return

    Customer contact information including name, phone number, fax number and email address


  2. Rolco will email, fax or mail a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) form to you. Place a copy of the RMA with the shipment being returned.


  3. Ship the merchandise to be returned to:

    Rolco Inc./Games Department

    336 East Industrial Street

    Kasota, MN 56050


  4. After we receive the merchandise Rolco will credit your account or exchange it for a comparable product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Rolco will pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Please follow the shipping instructions on the RMA.

Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please follow the steps listed above. A credit or refund will be issued in the appropriate amount once we have inspected the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and Rolco is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom game components or custom bagged components cannot be returned nor exchanged.
